The Center for Integration Studies (ZfI) is an interdisciplinary, cross-faculty research and transfer institution of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at TU Dresden in the thematic area of migration, integration and social cohesion - with a focus on Eastern Germany. Disciplines such as history, sociology, political science, German as a foreign language and many more are involved. The ZfI is oriented towards the concept of public science and works methodically with participatory formats that involve different target groups. The ZfI has a broad network of partners from urban society, politics, socio-culture and economy - involved in various projects.
