This research aims to answer the questions in the framework of the integration of skills of academics from various backgrounds to enhance the efficiency of performance in the competitive market for digital media entrepreneurs whose products are social realist short films reflecting social issues. Furthermore, the research team has to collaborate with entrepreneurs in planning and supervising the production of model products for start-up entrepreneurs in entertainment media. These products belong to the “soft power” businesses in consistent with one of the 20-year Nation Development Policies concerning the competitive efficiency mentioned in the BCG Economic Model. Thus, it is challenging to explore this topic that caters to current economic policies and to present the results to the interested audience. An example of the research team’s accomplishment as part of an incubator was to encourage Duck Studio, a digital media business entrepreneur, to network with Pakbung Studio as a business partner. Duck Studio, a newly established enterprise, joining the incubator program since they first started the business, had a big business growth. They became widely known and had expanded their product line. Duck Studio had made the profits of 25% in the last quarter of the project, making it the highest profit-earned start-up among the participating businesses of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Business Incubator: RMUTL-UBI 2021-2022. Moreover, it was one of the few teams in Thailand to have passed a financial audit and been granted funding in the last phase of the project.
