Abstract
The system has a sensor system (18) recognizing a momentary operating profile from manual influences (12) exerted by an operating person (10) and from environmental influences (16) exerted by an environment (14) of a vehicle. An operation command (20) for locking a vehicle part in a retaining position or for moving the vehicle part is clearly identifiable from the momentary operating profile in comparison with given operating profiles. The operation command is executable by a control system (22) and a locking device (26) at any position of a movement path.
