The CMCB Flow Cytometry Core Facility provides access to state-of-the-art flow cytometers as well as services such as multi-color analysis, cell sorting, flow cytometry training and support in design and analysis of experiments to researchers regardless of their affiliation or location. 

The CMCB Flow Cytometry Core Facility offers analysis and sorting of (single) cells in a cell suspension on the ­basis of non-fluorescent and fluorescent characteristics.

We offer assistance and advice in the following areas:

• initial project planning,

• fluorochrome panel design and optimization,

• sample preparation and processing,

• instrument operation and

• data analysis

We provide access to analysis computers and software packages.

Moreover, the Core Facility regularly organizes seminars and hands-on training courses in flow cytometric analysis and sorting.
