Career

Appointed Assistant Professor (inpassing) since 2023 under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of Indonesia. Doctoral researcher in TVET and Educational Technology. Integrating over two decades of leadership experience in IT, banking, and vocational education with research in AI-driven learning systems.

Our work highlights the AI Corrective Role Framework, leveraging adaptive intelligence and knowledge-graph-based symbolic reasoning to enhance the reliability, explainability, and human alignment of large-scale AI systems.

Major digital transformation initiatives have been led, multi-billion IDR portfolios managed, and academic programs scaled to national distinction. These experiences shape a research approach grounded in practical challenges and guided by long-term societal impact.

Our research has been supported by the Graduate Academy of TU Dresden, Erasmus+, LPDP, and the Indonesian Education Scholarship, with publications in Springer Nature and Oxford journals. An Indonesian patent related to cloud-based access systems is also held.

Current interests focus on contributing to collaborative environments where research, teaching, and real-world application strengthen one another: advancing AI systems that support meaningful learning, enable transparent decision-making, and adapt across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.
