Career

Jonas Mileta studied cultural studies and social sciences at HU Berlin, the University of Bergen and Koç Üniversitesi. During his studies he worked as a student assistant in the Department of Cultural Studies Aesthetics and Cultural Theory under Prof. Dr. Iris Därmann. 
Since December 2025, Jonas Mileta has been a research assistant in the DFG project Krankes Ich – heilendes Wir? Der "depressive Mensch" als gesellschaftliches Projekt in der DDR 1945 bis 1975.
