Abstract
The apparatus has a rotating main portion (1) which is rotationally symmetrical with respect to rotation axis and coated with diamond-like carbon. A stationary plastic base (2) is located parallel to radially outer surface of main portion. The diffuser side of the base is sucked with main portion through the openings (3,4) formed in main portion and apertures (5,6) formed in base. The surfaces of main portion and base in which openings and apertures are formed, are arranged at predefined distance with respect to one another or in sliding solid contact.
