Abstract

The transistor has a laminated structure (11) arranged on a substrate (10), and provided with an intermediate electrode (19) which forms a passage of electrical charge carriers injected from an electrode (12) into structure. Two organic layers (17,18) made of organic semiconductor material are arranged between the intermediate electrode, the electrode, and the back plate electrode (13) respectively. Function layers (22) are arranged in laminated structure. Active area (20) is arranged between electrode and back plate electrode. A non-active area (21) is arranged outside active area. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) circuit arrangement; and (2) method for manufacturing a vertical organic transistor.
