Abstract

The method involves positioning a piezo-ceramic unit (5) in a central area. A layer function module is heated until a preset maximum temperature. Three parameter values are maintained to a maximum level for a preset time period until a reference parameter of a compact function module is attained. The temperature is reduced to another preset temperature or to an original output temperature. The low pressure and compressed pressure are reduced. The function module for a component is disconnected as thermo-plastic composite compatible transducer material module (15). An independent claim is also included for a transducer material module including a transducer material unit.
