The turbine blade (1) has fiber composite material (2), where the fiber composite material has an area that is coated with a protective layer (3). The protective layer is made of a material, whose elasticity module is smaller than the elasticity module of the fiber composite material. The elasticity module of the protective layer amounts between 1 Gigapascal and 10-2 Gigapascal.
