The centre for research and technology for resource-efficient lightweight structures of electric mobility (Forel) is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and supported by the Project Management Agency Karlsruhe (PTKA) Dresden. Forel is a network of substantial industrial and scientific partners that are participating in application-oriented research projects focussing on lightweight structures for electric mobility. The coordination project develops methods and guidelines for a holistic standardised ecological audit of multi material lightweight structures.
