Abstract
The microresonator (21) has two multi-level layered mirrors (11`, 12`), and resonator layers (50, 52) arranged evenly between the mirrors. An optical anisotropy is provided in one of the layers of the mirrors. Polarized transmission lines perpendicular to each other, are formed within a stop-band by the optical anisotropy. The polarized transmission lines are spectrally spaced in such a manner that its modulation frequency is in terahertz range. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacture of a microresonator on a substrate.
Translated title of the contribution | Microresonator for producing clocked frequency for optical computer, has transmission lines formed within stop-band by anisotropy, where lines are spectrally spaced in such manner that its modulation frequency is in terahertz range |
