Abstract
The occupational field of health and care is subject to a high dynamic of change. Accordingly, the field of didactics, which deals with teaching and learning in the professional field, must take up complex disciplinary references. At the same time, it is committed to educational and professional practice. The discipline must be further developed in the future. Professionals should become even more of a co-worker in dignified health care.
