Abstract

A housing assembly (5) for a secondary battery (1), comprising a receiving space (11) designed to receive at least one secondary cell (2, 2a), a wall (4) designed to delimit, in particular protect, the receiving space (11), particularly with respect to the environment, wherein the wall (4) comprises at least: one functional device (8, 8a, 8b), which is designed to enable and/or assist the release of energy from the at least one secondary cell (2, 2a), particularly to a load (12), which is designed for the particularly electrical operative connection to the at least one secondary cell (2, 2a), and one first support element (7) which is designed to support the at least one functional device (8, 8a, 8b), wherein the first support element (7) is formed particularly at least sectionally from a fiber-interspersed first polymer material.
