Abstract

The invention discloses a bonding method for a metal member and a carbon fiber composite material in an aviation structure part. The method comprises: 1, fixing machined drop-shaped metal members in lug sheet positions on both ends of a forming mold of a carbon fiber composite bearing rod part; 2, longitudinally winding high modulus carbon fibers on the metal members, wherein low modulus carbon fibers transversely interpenetrate between every layers, and a thermosetting resin is required to be coated when every layer is woven; 3, obliquely weaving low modulus carbon fiber and PEEK fiber blending fibers on the outermost layer according to elastic deformation control requests, wherein an orientation included angle between the fibers is 30-60 DEG; and 4, carrying out 80 DEG C drying pre-shaping for 25 min, carrying out forming for 3 h at a baking temperature of 350 DEG C, demolding, and taking the formed product. The method has the following characteristics that: the process is simple, the provided bearing rod part containing the metal member has a light weight, bonding between the metal member and the carbon fibers is tight, tensile force/pressure of more than 100 tons can be born, and a strength and a stiffness of the rod part of the present invention are 3 times higher than a strength and a stiffness of a steel rod part having the same structure.
