Abstract
The device includes an aperture plate (12A) with at least one opening (18) through which vaporized organic material is deposited on the substrate. A device is provided for heating the aperture plate at least in the region of the opening. The organic material emits light when a voltage is applied. Independent claims are included for a method of manufacturing an OLED display, and a system for applying organic material to a substrate.
