Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a layer consisting of a doped organic material on a substrate by means of deposition, said doped organic material containing at least one matrix material and at least one doping material. The inventive method is characterised in that a mixture of the matrix material and the doping material in a common evaporation source is transformed into a vapour phase and deposited onto the substrate, at least one of the matrix material or the doping material being inserted into a porous carrier substance before being transformed into the vapour phase. The invention also relates to the use of one such method.

Translated title of the contribution
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LAYER CONSISTING OF DOPED ORGANIC MATERIAL ON A SUBSTRATE BY MEANS OF DEPOSITION, AND USE THEREOF
