The Schroeder group focuses on drug repositioning, in particular the development of algorithms and analysis pipelines using protein structures and sequencing data. They have predicted and experimentally validated HSP27 inhibitors and developed a novel drug repositioning engine, Redivia, which will be extended to other applications.
