Wissensvermittlung im Eisenbahnbetriebslabor mit Hilfe einer webbasierten Selbstlernumgebung: Wie können im Eisenbahnbetriebslabor der TU Dresden Fachinhalte einheitlich vermittelt werden und trotzdem an die Bedarfe bzw. Vorkenntnisse des einzelnen Lernenden angepasst werden? Dafür entsteht eine webbasierte Selbstlernumgebung, mit der Studierende betriebliche Aufgaben eigenständig trainieren. Zunächst an einer Pilotstation umgesetzt, soll sie nach und nach auf weitere Arbeitsplätze übertragen werden.

How can a self learning tool support knowledge transfer in Railway Operations Laboratory at TUD Dresden University of Technology?
TU Dresden’s Railway Operations Laboratory presents a web based self learning environment that reduces teaching workload and enables students to autonomously practice regular operations at a pilot station. Based on an analysis of current practice, requirements were realized as wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, a collaborative design tool. The solution provides a learning platform for independent practice, reducing reliance on direct instruction. It scales to additional stations and accommodates training from regular operations to disruptions and deviations.
