Abstract
The pulse compensation offers the opportunity to reduce the structure excitation caused by the reaction forces of linear direct drives. In the previously used methods - the usage of the filtered actual force for the compensation - the effectiveness of the pulse compensation can be reduced, depending on the signal processing time of the drive controller. A solution for this is the pre-set value calculation for the compensation drive from the desired position of the master drive. This paper presents different opti-ons to this solution as well as the results of a practically realised answer on an experimental rig
