Abstract

The optoelectronic component has a photoactive layer system that is provided between counter electrode and main electrodes. A donor acceptor system is comprised with organic materials. The counter electrode is provided with a main layer (2) made of metal or a metal alloy, and an interlayer (3) made of alkali or alkaline earth metal or metal oxide. An interlayer is arranged between main layer and photoactive layer system. The counter electrode is provided with sub-layer (4) having thickness between 10-100 Nm on main layer. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing electrode device for optoelectronic component.
