Abstract
The multi-hop nature of the Tor network makes it challenging to achieve efficient and fair congestion control. In this paper, we investigate PredicTor, a novel approach towards multi-hop congestion control based on distributed model predictive control (MPC), an advanced optimization-based control technique.
