Abstract
The subject matter of the present invention is a torsional spring which is preferably configured as a torsion bar or helical spring from a spring wire comprising fibre composite material. Said torsional spring has a plurality of layers (Sj) of fibre reinforcement which are impregnated with a matrix material, wherein the layers have fibres which are subjected to tensile loading and fibres which are subjected to compressive loading. It is characteristic that the at least one group (Gk) which is subjected to compressive loading has a lower group stiffness than that group (Gk) with the highest group stiffness which is subjected to tensile loading. Furthermore, a method for designing a torsional spring from fibre composite material is disclosed.
Translated title of the contribution | Torsion-loaded rod-shaped component with different fibre reinforcements for tensile and compressive loading |
