Abstract

Cutaneous metastases, despite their origin, burden patients not only because of visibility. Clinical symptoms vary by livid-red to black maculae, papules right up to ulcerated nodi. Among others algesia, pruritus and objectionable odor. Complications like secondary bacterial infections, bleedings and edemata can occur. Cutaneous metastases require an effective multimodal therapeutic strategy.
