In spite of being at a small-scale, scooter sharing market is undergoing dramatic development. Thus, the present paper is trying to make a thorough inquiry to evaluate the global shared scooter market. The main problems to be solved in this paper is the rentability and necessity of the intensively competitive scooter rental business under the background of the so-called “Sharing Economy” at present.\nThe article begins with a comprehensive global scooter sharing market analysis, then with the help of SWOT Analysis and PEST analysis, to express company-wide strategic opinions and clarify macroscopically environmental factors respectively. The results are expected to be obtained in this paper including some derived strategies for scooter sharing company drawing from SWOT Analysis as well as how could scooter sharing function under the concept of Eco mobility in the future.
