Abstract
The Open Reed Weaving (ORW) process allows the introduction of a form-fitting profiling into the reinforce ment structure for textile-reinforced concrete. The challenge with this method is the realization of the low structural strain required for the concrete reinforcement. Within the framework of the IGF research project, it was investigated to what extent simulation-based developed ORW reinforcement structures can achieve a form-fitting structure while at the same time maintaining a low structural strain. It was determined which boundary conditions must be fulfilled for the force transmission from the concrete matrix to the reinforcement structure.
