Abstract
The increasing performance potential of modern decentralised equipment in hydraulic systems calls for effective concepts with regard to the communication between the individual components. This article describes how real-time compatible communication structures can be created to crosslink decentralised fluidic components and drive units. This general objective has been broken down into the following four subheadings: creation of models and profiles for fluidic components, ensuring time-synchronous behaviour of crosslinked fluidic drives, development of bus-compatible fluidic components with defined time parameter tolerances and setting up a test system for proving the viability of the individual models and components and for analysing the synchronism.
