Pseudogap Fermi-Bose Kondo model

Abstract

A Fermi-Boe Kondo model, describing an impurity spin coupled to both fermionic quasiparticles with a Pseudogap DOS and collective mode bosons, using renormalization group and large-N techniques was analyzed. As a result, the findings were observed to be relevant for cuprate superconductors as well as for scenarios of local criticality in heavy-fermion metals.
