Abstract
We implemented a standardized multicolor-flow cytometry approach to monitor MRD in AML patients undergoing alloHCT. MRD positivity predicted inferior OS and RFS, surpassing cytomorphology. Notably, HLA-DR expression on residual leukemic cells was associated with favorable outcomes, highlighting the role of immunogenicity. Comprehensive MRD assessment may enable personalized post-transplant strategies.
