Abstract
Organic semiconducting component comprises several layers in the pin structure, where at least one of the layers comprises at least a pyrrole compound (I), pyrrole-metal complex (II) or (III). Organic semiconducting component comprises several layers in the pin structure, where at least one of the layers comprises at least a pyrrole compound of formula (I), pyrrole-metal complex of formula (II) or (III). M : metal ion, whose charge results in electroneutral complexes of pyrrole-metal complex (II) or (III); R : optionally substituted 1-20C alkyl, 1-20C heteroalkyl, 6-20C aryl, 6-20C-heteroaryl, optionally saturated carbocycle or heterocycle; L 1>, L 2> : atomic or molecular groups that saturate the valence shell of M; and X i : molecular fragment, which forms an aromatic or heteroaromatic structural element with the adjacent carbon-carbon double bond of the pyrrole ring.
