Abstract

An organic light-emitting diode and a device having the same are provided to improve a luminance-voltage characteristic by using an additional softening layer. An organic light-emitting diode includes an electrode, a counter electrode, an organic layer sequence, a mixture, at least one organic transfer layer, and a metallic substrate. The organic layer sequence is arranged between the electrode and the counter electrode. The organic transfer layer and metallic substrate include a mixture for increasing conductivity. The organic transfer layer and the metallic substrate are formed by at least one of charge carrier transfer pitchers and charge carrier injection pitchers. The organic layer sequence is arranged on the organic transfer layer and metallic substrate.
