Abstract

The component includes a resonator for an optical field in which a first heterostructure (3) for generating a two or more colored optical laser field, and a second heterostructure (4) for generating an electronic wave packet, are embedded. The generated electronic wave packet is driven continuously by the optical laser field of the first heterostructure, and emits coherent radiation.
