Abstract

31 Pages, 10 Figures, 3 Tables, 0 Formulae, 28 References, 14 Appendices\nDuring work at the car pool in Northeim possibilities for optimization and electrifica-tion are examined. Car pool journeys are taken by a short amount of the owned company vehicles. For any journeys left private/staff vehicles are used. In the begin-ning of this bachelor thesis journeys of this car pool are analyzed. In the first step the journeys of the private vehicles are analyzed separately. 94 % of the journeys can be electrified, on the assumed that the electric vehicle can reach a range of 200 kilometers. In the second step the journeys will be optimized. The Data of all journey are used. In addition to the range restriction, loading times are also considered. 53 vehicles are thus determined, which are necessary to do the journeys. For a higher utilization, other offers will be added. The result is a higher mileage, which keeps the fixed costs low. This is followed by a cost comparison between selected vehicle models. These include electric vehicles, which cannot afford a cost advantage over the cheapest conventional vehicle. The cheapest one is taken to compare it with the use of private vehicles. The Result shows that a company car only achieves a cost advantage by using other mobility offers. For this reason, it is recommended to keep the old concept at hand, but to expand the fleet further. A concept only from private vehicles or company vehicles brings no economic advantage. Even if electric vehi-cles do not achieve a cost advantage, they can be used as powerful symbolism. They generate more costs nowadays, but the development progressing rapidly. In the range of conventional vehicles, only a few innovations can be expected.\n
