Abstract

Intoxicated states can be induced not only by the typical narcotic drugs, but also by other psychotropic substances, such as the thornapple and angel's trumpet. In recent times there has been an increase in the reported number of cases of such intoxications. Clinical symptoms, toxicological analysis and possible forms of treatment are discussed.
