Abstract

Ferromagnetic spin-wave resonance has been observed in BiFeO3 nanoparticles with a size smaller than a critical size. The Heusler alloy Ni2MnGa has been studied too. The ferromagnetic resonance intensity of Ni 2MnGa layers is much higher than that of BiFeO3. It is so high that even a single monolayer can be studied.
