Abstract
The electrode has an electrically conductive support grid comprising a mesh structure to form geodesic sphere. The support grid comprises five-regular vertices and six corners (1). A flat portion is formed by a thin metal layer, transparent conductive oxide (TCO), conductive polymer and a semi transparent surface conductor. The mesh structure is divided into a finite number of mutually similar triangles. A lance is provided with a movable scanning mirror that is inserted through an opening in a hollow body. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing a conductive grid and/or a flat electrode (2) a method for controlling conductive grid and/or flat electrode.
Translated title of the contribution | Optically transparent electrode for opto-electronic application e.g. organic light emitting diode, has electrically conductive support grid comprising mesh structure to form geodesic sphere |
