Abstract
Um die Effizienz in energieintensiven Industrieprozessen in Zukunft weiter steigern zu können, werden Wärmeübertrager benötigt, die Abwärmeströme auf hohem Temperaturniveau (ca. 1000 °C) nutzbar machen. Hierfür wird ein neues Wärmeübertragerkonzept auf Basis von leistungsstarken Hochtemperatur-Wärmerohren (Heatpipes) aus Keramik vorgestellt. Außerdem wird gezeigt, wie die Hochtemperaturabwärme am Beispiel eines Vergasungsprozesses effizient zur Bereitstellung des Vergasungsmittels als auch von elektrischer Energie, mit Hilfe verschiedener Gasturbinenprozesse, genutzt werden kann.
To continuously raise the efficiency of energy intensive industrial processes in the future heat exchangers are needed, which enable the recovery of waste heat on a high temperature level of about 1000 °C. Therefore, a new heat exchanger concept is shown, which is based on powerful high temperature heat pipes made of ceramic. Furthermore, the utilization of high temperature waste heat for the supply of gasifying agent as well as electricity (by means of various gas turbine processes) is shown for a high temperature gasifier.
