Abstract

The differential equation of relativistic correction in the light propagation in the barycentric reference system due to quadrupole field and the rotation of the bodies have been obtained and solved. The influence of the oblateness and rotation of the body on the light deflection angle and on the time for electromagnetic radiation to propagate from one fixed point to another is investigated.
