Abstract

Hydrogen storage properties of Ti-doped sodium alanate using titanium nanoparticles as doping agents were investigated. The effectivity of the doping agents were tested by subjecting the doped samples to between 17 and 25 de- and rehydrogenation cycles under selected variable conditions. Results showed that with TiN as a doping agent, cyclic storage capacities of 5 wt.-% H2 was achieved.
