Abstract
A fiber-reinforced composite centrifugal rotor is reinforced with textiles or coiled and comprises a cylindrical and conical and/or elliptical base body made from a drum lid, drum casing and drum base. Product openings are integrated vertically or skew to the rotating axis in the composite semi-finished product for continuously operating laboratory and industrial centrifuges. Preferred Features: The centrifuge lid has a fiber composite structure with axial fiber orientation for receiving bending forces. The reinforcing structure consists of a material such as organic and/or inorganic fibers or hybrid materials such as hybrid yarn.
