Inter-company training (ÜBA) is a key element in securing skilled workers. The project “Excellent Training in the Construction Industry” (ExA-BAU) aims in general to improve the quality of ÜBA, including stronger networking between inter-company training centers, and in particular to improve the technical and didactic-methodological qualifications of training staff. This article focuses on the problem outline and the research methodology used to develop training solutions that enable training staff to perform didactically induced work analysis and design work-task-related teaching and learning settings, including the use of digital media and technical equipment to promote learning.
