Abstract
We complete the proof of Theorem 6.3 in [SIAM J. Control Optim., 59 (2021), pp. 242-266] by showing that uniform complete controllability to zero is not only necessary but also sufficient for uniform complete exponential stabilizability by bounded feedback.
