The authors have now replaced it with the correct version of Figure S3, which is shown here and in the article online. The correct version of Figure S3 shows the diet and temperature dependence of sterol species, phospholipid classes, along with fatty acid double bonds and chain length. The original version of the paper was also missing three references: Kim et al., 2007; Liebisch et al., 2006; and Löfgren et al., 2012. These are now provided here and in the article online. The authors apologize for any confusion these errors may have caused.
