Abstract
Three-dimensional particle tracking velocimetry (3-DPTV) determines velocity fields by a discrete visualisation of streams, attending to a great number of small particles, and evaluating stereoscopic pictures of the particles. The trajectory of 1000 particles can be determined simultaneously. -D.J.Davis
