Abstract
We use THz pulses to manipulate the optical response of MoSe2 and WSe2 monolayers, and MoSe2/WSe2 heterostructures. This method can be used to control excitonic populations on ultrafast time-scales, to access optical-driven nonlinear properties of matter and to design photonic devices with THz switches.
