Abstract
An imaging element for an active matrix display with an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) (19-23) and a driving circuit with an LED- controlling driving transistor and a condenser has a live path of the driving transistor connected in series with the OLED and between two poles of a voltage source, the transport layer (20) containing a dopant increasing the layer (20) conductivity and being electrically connected to the drain contact (15) of the driving transistor.
