Abstract
The device has a component, which produces a temperature field (3) and is placed on or in the proximity of the upper side of a substrate (1). The substrate serves as a defined thermal resistance, whose lower side is kept constant by an active temperature control unit (2) on a certain base temperature. The work temperature area has device in a phase transition area of the temperature sensitive hydraulic gels, which is necessary for implementation of the technical functions of the component.
