The process includes planning the IT infrastructure, modelling, and organisational measures, with sufficient time allocated for negotiations and implementation. Overall, the report emphasises the importance of systematic data preparation to identify patterns and dependencies in production processes, ultimately aiming to enhance efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
