This paper presents a model for the quantum series-parallel LCC-type resonant converter with output voltage doubler. The model is derived based on the generalized averaging method. The accuracy of the model in steady state and the dynamic behavior is verified by simulations and measurements with a laboratory setup. Moreover a simple and effective control method is proposed and verified by measurement.
