This extended abstract describes the initial framework of the learning environment of the MOVING platform. The aim of the MOVING platform is among others to train workers to use data and text-mining methods to improve their information literacy, which is a core competency in industry 4.0. This framework combines working and training on the platform with formal and informal learning options to reach this aim.
